![]() I might have Foobar running at the time listening to something else in the background. This top level music directory is what I have Foobar scan whenever it's running. When I download FLACs, I typically download the zips to a temporary directory and then move them over to an appropriate directory on my music HDD when I unzip them and modify the tags. To prevent this, disable the 'Import M3U files as playlists' option in the preferences. Why is importing tracks creating new playlists If the folders of tracks you are importing contain M3U files they will be imported as new playlists in Swinsian. My questions though are why is Foobar2k not displaying the correct tag information all the time and what can I do to have it reload the current tag information any time the file is accessed without having to do it manually? Select Swinsian in the list of applications on the left and change the alert style to 'None'. which will check out the tag directories itself, but not their content. ![]() Another option is: svn up -set-depth immediates project/tags. Only now have I found the tag reload option which seems to fix the issue. This will remove all checked out tags, leaving only the 'tags' directory behind. ![]() HQPlayer (on 3.8 GHz 8-core i7 iMac 2020) > NAA (on 2012 Mac Mini i7) > RME ADI-2 v2 > Benchmark AHB-2 > Thiel 3. That's exactly the feature I used for this purpose in iTunes. Foobar2k seems to display the original tag information yet Mp3tag shows it to be the correct data. Posted JThis is embarrassing I now see there is a 'Date Added' field both in the browser window and as a criterion for defining a Smart Playlist. Whenever I create or download a FLAC, I always modify the tag(s) using Mp3tag before playing them. To enabled t turn on “Allow Editing Tags in Table” in the “Track Table” menu under the View menu.Been noticing an issue where the file tags in all of my FLACs don't seem to be updating unless I manually updating them by right-clicking on a file or directory and selecting "tagging/reload from file(s)". Then select a track and click the field you want to edit. ![]() PeripheralsYou can now use AirPods gestures or the EarPods inline remote to control Swinsian. I have updated file tags on my titleblock via projectwise file attributes but for some reason the tags are not displaying on the sheet anymore (dissapeared). These can be enabled in the Shortcuts tab of the preferences. Hi All, can someone please give me a quick tip on what my problem could be. Protected AAC filesIt is no longer possible to play AAC files protected with FairPlay DRM (those with an m4p extension purchased from iTunes) with Swinsian. It supports either 10 band or 31 band modes. You can either drag bands individually to adjust them, or hold down the control key and click and drag the mouse cursor across the bands to draw curves. The Art Grid has been improved in several ways to make it more customisable to fit how you like to display your music. This is mostly a bug fixing update (see the change log ), but there is one new feature. ![]() There’s a new grouped mode where albums are separated into separate rows based on the sorting option used. The other strange aspect is that the state in the client only appears to update on. The interesting thing is if we ‘refresh the provider’ from the tag browser in designer, the expression tag value updates. For example if the grid is sorted by artist then all the albums for each artist will be grouped together. It’s also now possible to hide the Art Grid control bar to make the best use of limited screen space. We have a gateway expression tag that does not update, when viewed in a client or in the designer. ![]()
